Ollie Marshall becomes the latest high-calibre individual to transfer to the US operation, assuming the role of West Coast Chief Financial Officer, adding knowledge and significant experience to deliver their ambitious growth strategy.  

This follows significant growth on the West Coast of America in recent years, with Molson Group having acquired Powerscreen of California, Powerscreen of Washington and Powerscreen Western in quick succession.

Meet Ollie Marshall, Chief Financial Officer  

Since joining Molson Group in 2021, Ollie Marshall has shone, building on his strong professional background and resulting in him being given the opportunity to step-up from Group Finance Business Partner to become Chief Financial Officer on the West Coast of America.

His move into the role is one that Molson Group feel will help further the benefits of the group wide ERP platform, with an emphasis on consistent working practices in ways already well established across the group. “Part of my role is to bring the culture of the Molson Group over to our teams and integrate it with the excellent work they are already delivering.” Ollie explained. “This will build on the benefits the introduction of our group wide ERP platform has brought which is part of our long term strategy.”

Already having spent a significant period of time working alongside and within the existing US operations, Ollie noted the expansion that has already taken place with headcount increasing by over 40% since operations began in the US. He said, “As a customer-focused business, we are always looking to improve our service levels and we are willing to invest significantly to achieve this.” 

“Our West Coast operations are strategically important, and I intend to drive us forward, champion the ethos that being part of the Molson Group brings and build on the successes we have already seen”.
