2025 BELL B45E

Bell E Series articulated truck line-up is extended with the introduction of the B45E, which offers a rated payload of 41 tons. Powered by the latest six-cylinder Mercedes-Benz off-highway diesel engines and driving through Allison transmissions, the large E Series ADT range all benefit from increased payloads and Bell promises a 6-7% lower cost per ton for all E Series models when compared with previous D series trucks. To accommodate the larger 7-speed transmission, Bell removed the automatic retarder on the transmission and opted to incorporate this feature into the wet brake system. The trucks have also adopted a Jacobs engine brake.

According to our motto, “Strong reliable machines, strong reliable support,” the Bell B45E is the ideal choice for heavy hauls and ambitious production schedules. This truck offers a nominal payload of 90,390 lbs (41,000 kg) and is equipped with a 523 hp at 1700 rev/min engine. The auto tailgate extends the bin capacity to 26m³, while resistant bin liners offer additional protection against abrasive loads.
